Contract Creation and Electronic Contracts
The technical steps required in creating the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order for your products by telephone or email enquiry.
We will send to you an order acknowledgement e-mail detailing your order number and products that you have ordered. Please check your spam/junk e-mail folders if you have not received the acknowledgement e-mail within 45 minutes.
Once payment has been authorised we will contact you to confirm that your order has been processed and advise you on an approximate delivery date.
We will contact you when the goods arrive in our warehouse confirming that delivery arrangements need to be made. Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our terms and conditions.

Non-Acceptance of your Order may be a result of one of the following:

You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.

This includes the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
Clearance, end of line & Ex-display items are not subject to cancellation, return or exchange.
All of our furniture is thoroughly checked over for any damages before delivery. However, if you do notice any damages to products, please get in touch with our customer services team who will be more than happy to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
