I just wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for the two chest of drawers you delivered on Friday. I wasn't at home when they were delivered but my wife was with our two young children. The feedback she gave was that they were extremely polite and professional incuding taking their shoes off and removing and replacing the child stair gates. I wish that all delivery people were so considerate. It is this kind of service that will ensure that we will buy from you again - and I hope you will pass this feedback on to your team.

I have been meaning to write and express how pleased we are with the delivery of our sideboard which arrived two weeks ago. Your poor delivery guys finally arrived at our home around 8pm! They were very polite and helpful. The sideboard looks and is even nicer in real life than on the internet.

We desperately need a kitchen table and chairs. Do you think that’s something we may be able to source?
