Orders over £250 will be delivered free of charge within mainland UK. There’s a standard charge of £40.00 for orders under £250 delivered within mainland UK.
Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside mainland UK. Details are available on request. Deliveries may not be possible to remote areas of mainland UK. You will be informed at the time of order if this is the case. We only deliver to the first floor of a house or apartment, except when arranged at the time of order. This may incur an additional charge.
You will be given an estimated delivery time when you place your order.
When your furniture is delivered, we will do our best to take it to the room of your choice and remove any packaging.
Please be aware it is your responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access to deliver your furniture into your home and into your chosen room. Please consider vehicle access and lifts as well as tight stairs etc. If windows or doors need to be removed in order to gain access, this will be your responsibility and your cost/risk.
If you change your mind for any reason within seven days of placing an order online, we will give you a full refund.
If you cancel your order once it has been delivered, we will give you a credit note for the full amount less the cost of delivery and collection. You must not use the goods, must take care of them, and must make them available to us when we call to collect them on the date we will agree with you.
Please ensure the goods are kept in a saleable condition. Self assembly furniture cannot be returned once assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is found to be faulty.
